1. Direct APK Download & License Grant
WorkerBook grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the WorkerBook Android application on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you, solely for internal workforce management and personal business record-keeping.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the APK package without explicit written authorization from the copyright holder.
2. User Responsibilities & Accounting Accuracy
WorkerBook serves as an administrative and bookkeeping tool to facilitate worker tracking and cash calculations. As a business owner or site supervisor, you are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of worker hours, wage rates, overtime calculations, and cash disbursements entered into the app.
- Compliance with applicable local labor, minimum wage, and tax regulations.
- Maintaining local device backups of critical business ledgers.
3. Third-Party Integrations & Advertising
WorkerBook incorporates Google AdMob advertisements to support free distribution. We do not endorse any third-party products or services advertised within the application. Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the respective third party.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
WorkerBook is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that the app will meet all specific accounting, fiscal, or compliance requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WorkerBook and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use or inability to use the software.
